Death Before Dishonor 2019 será el próximo PPV de ROH. Este show se celebrará el viernes en Las Vegas. A pesar de la falta de luchadores de NJPW, el ROH World Championship, el ROH World Tag Team Championship y el ROH World TV Championship estarán en juego. Junto a ellos también se encontrará el WOH World Championship.
Cabe destacar que entre otras cosas, el TV Title estuvo a punto de no ser defendido. En storyline, Shane Taylor se ha marchado de la compañía pero ROH ha conseguido que el luchador aparezca unicamente en este PPV.
